If you are wondering what to do with the kids this half-term, and if they like animals, then head on to Astley Park.
During the recent work across the entire park, the old Pet’s Corner was removed. It is back, with a great line-up.
Opening on the 26th October 2009 in it’s new home by the Pavilion (just up from the new children’s playground), the new Pet’s Corner will have a mobile zoo & a miniature shetland poney during the first week of opening (and it’s half-term so a great time to go!).
