STAR attractions topping the bill at the eagerly-awaited Chorley Smile Picnic in the Park next month can now be revealed. The popular television characters Fifi from ‘Fifi and the Flowertots’ and Fireman Sam, Pontypandy’s ‘hero next door’ will be the guest celebrities for children to meet and greet on a day that promises to be packed full of family fun and entertainment.
